The fixed price is a ceiling, not an estimate

The number on your Build Ticket is the number you pay. If we underestimated the work, that is our mistake to absorb — scope changes only move the price when you ask for them, in writing, and you approve the new ticket first.

You never pay it all upfront

30% to start, 40% at the mid-build demo, 30% on handover. The final payment falls due after the code is already in your GitHub account, not before.

Late is our problem, not yours

Miss the date on the ticket and the price drops 10% for every week we run over, up to 30%. It comes off the final invoice automatically — you never have to ask.

Repo access from day one

You are added as owner of the repository before the first commit. You can clone the code on any day of the build, including the day you decide to stop working with us.

This is where the queue is. First-time submitters get rejected for reasons the rejection letter does not explain, and lose weeks to it. We take the letters.

We will never publish your app under our name. Apple requires the developer account to belong to the owner of the app's content (Review Guideline 4.2.6). Studios that ignore this get whole accounts banned, taking every client's app with them.

ANDROID ONLY

No company yet? Bridge publishing.

Google Play needs a verified legal entity before it will let anyone publish. If you do not have one yet, we can list your app under Keelloft's organisation account as a temporary bridge, so your launch is not held up by company formation.

→Before you are profitable — a flat fee only. $1,490 for the first year, then $99/month. No revenue share while you are not making revenue.

→Once you are — keep the flat fee, switch to 8% of net revenue capped at 24 months, or buy the listing out at $4,900. Your choice, changeable once a year.

→Migration is an obligation, not a favour — the day your entity is verified, we transfer the listing within 30 days. That clause is in the contract you sign at the start, with a penalty attached to it.

→You stay responsible for what is in the app — content, claims, data handling and refunds are yours. While the listing sits on our account, a policy strike lands on us and on every other client we host, so the contract gives us the right to pull the app immediately if it puts the account at risk. We will tell you why, in writing, the same day.

NOT AVAILABLE ON IOS

Apple's Guideline 4.2.6 forbids it, and no workaround is worth your app being pulled. If you need iOS, forming the entity first is the only honest route — and we will walk you through that at no charge.
